Do the rates include breakfast?

Yes, breakfast is included in room rates.

Would it be possible to get discount if we do not have breakfast?

Breakfast is complementary; therefore it is not possible to have a price without breakfast.

What time is the breakfast served?

Monday to Friday between 7am and 9am; Saturday and Sunday between 7.30am and 9.30am.

Can we have breakfast earlier?

It is not possible to have full English breakfast earlier than scheduled time, however, we are happy to prepare something for early check out. Please ask at the reception a night before you check out.

What is for breakfast?

Our breakfast is a full English breakfast, which consists bacon, sausage, eggs, baked beans, orange juice, tea, coffee, milk, hot chocolate, toasted bread, butter, jam, marmalade, sliced ham, sliced cheese, fresh tomatoes. You can always ask for more if you still feel hungry.

Is the reception open 24 hours?

The reception is open between 7.30am and midnight. We also have a night emergency number in case our guests need to contact us at night.

What is the latest time we can check in?

Check in after midnight is also possible, however it should be arranged with the hotel prior to arrival.

What shall we do if we expect to arrive at the hotel after midnight?

Once you have made a confirmed reservation, please contact the hotel via email to inform about your late arrival.

Is it more expensive to book direct?

No,  booking direct is the cheapest method. Book through facebook (Fairway Hotel London )and get a further 5% discount .

Do you accept Euro?

Yes, we accept Euro at a daily rate and we guarantee it is the best you will find in London.

Do you have exchange service for guests?

Yes, we exchange Euro to British Pound only. We do not accept dollars or any other currency.

Can somebody call us while we are staying at the hotel?

We do not have phones in our rooms, however we are happy to take a message for you.

Can we dial from the room?

We do not have phones in rooms; however, you may use our payphone which is located by the reception.

Is there wi-fi in the hotel?

Yes, we have wireless internet in rooms.

Do we have to pay for wi-fi service?

Wireless internet is free of charge.

Do you accept card payments?

Yes, we accept major cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Visa Debit, Delta, and Switch Card). Please keep in mind that there is an administration charge of 5% on any card payments except UK issued debit cards. Overseas debit cards are treated as credit cards.

Do we get a discount if we book for a group?

If you are making a reservation for a group of at least 5 rooms, please contact us directly for a discount. You may of course make an online booking, however, there would not be any discount for online group bookings.

What is the largest room you have?

We have various types of rooms. We have rooms for 1 person to 4 persons (max).

Can we have a baby cot?

Unfortunately, we do not have a baby cot.

Is it possible to have an extra bed in the room?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to have an extra bed in the room.

Is there a lift at the hotel?

Unfortunately, we do not have a lift in the hotel. If you are not able to climb stairs, please contact us to arrange a lower floor for you. Please do not hesitate to ask us for help with luggage.

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?

It is not allowed to smoke in the premises. You may have a cigarette at the front door.

Do you have a smoking room?

Unfortunately, we do not have any smoking rooms. It is illegal to smoke in public places in the UK.

Do you have adjoining rooms?

Unfortunately, we do not have any adjoining rooms; however we do have rooms next to each other. You may contact reception for further details and availability.

We made a booking for 2 rooms. What shall I do to ensure that they are close to each other?

Please contact us with your request once you have received your confirmation.

What does Budget En-suite mean?

Budget En-suite rooms have the same features as En-suite rooms; the only difference is the location of the rooms. Budget En-suite rooms are located in the lower ground floor (basement).

Does room rate include taxes and VAT?

Yes, you only pay the room fee you see. There is nothing additional on top except card fee.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 2pm, and check out by 11am.

When should we pay?

Payment is due on arrival. Please beware that some websites charge when the booking is made.

Can we store our luggage at the hotel?

You may store your belongings at the reception for free of charge for the day of departure or arrival. We do not take any responsibility for the left luggage. You may store luggage at a secure place overnight which would cost £3 per item per night.

Do you have hairdryer in room?

Yes, we have. If you cannot find a hairdryer in room, please collect one from the reception.

Can we use iron and ironing board?

Yes, we have iron and ironing board at the reception which is available to all guests.

Can we book a single room for 2 persons?

Unfortunately, this is not possible due to safety regulations.

Can we have a triple room with 3 separate beds?

Most of our triple rooms have 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Please contact us to learn about the availability of a triple room with 3 single beds.

Why are the rates so high for some dates?

On a weekly basis, Saturday has the highest, and Sunday has the lowest rate. And summer rates apply from April to end of autumn, and winter rates apply until end of March.

Can we reserve a room without a credit or debit card?

Yes, of course you can. However, it is not possible to make an online booking without a card. You should contact the hotel directly either via by email or by phone.

We have a child of 5 years old; do we have to pay for him?

Our child policy is for children upto 7 years old. If you are happy to have your child (max 7 years old) in your room with the existing bedding, we have no rejection to it. Please keep in mind that we cannot provide you with an extra bed or a baby cot. We can only accept 1 child under the child policy. If you have 2 or more children under 7 years old, you may be asked to pay for an adult fee for the 2nd child.

Are you close to London attractions?

We are located in Zone 1, which is the central zone. Kings Cross station is just a minute away.

How can I cancel my reservation?

If you made your reservation online, you would need to cancel your reservation on the same website. If you made a direct booking, please contact us with your reference number.

How can I modify my reservation?

Are the rates quoted per person or per room?

Our rates are per room, not per person.
